What is your minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is Rs.15,000. This can be a single product category or a mix of products across different categories. There is no minimum on the number of SKUs.
How do I place an order?
Simply WhatsApp us at +91 82400 57725 or call us. Tell us the product(s) you need, quantities, and your delivery city. We will send you a proforma invoice within 30 minutes.
What are your payment terms?
We accept 100% advance payment via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI. For repeat partners with a good payment history, we can discuss net-15 credit terms after 5 successful orders.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24-48 hours after payment. Transit time depends on your city: Kolkata 1-2 days, metros 2-4 days, other cities 3-7 days via VRL, TCI or regional carriers.
Do you deliver to smaller cities and towns?
Yes. We deliver to 300+ cities across all Indian states including tier-2, tier-3 towns and remote areas. WhatsApp us your pincode to confirm serviceability.
Are your toys safe? What materials do you use?
All FIPW toys are made from virgin plastic granules (ABS, HDPE, PP). Paints are non-toxic. Every batch passes QC checks for finish, dimensions and colour accuracy.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, samples are available for most products. Sample cost is typically Rs.200-500 per piece depending on the product. This amount can be adjusted against your first bulk order.
Do you offer custom branding or packaging?
Yes. For bulk orders above Rs.50,000, we can provide custom stickers, printed packaging, and private-label branding. Lead time is 7-10 extra days. Contact us for details.
What if goods are damaged in transit?
We pack carefully to prevent damage. In the rare case of transit damage, photograph the damaged items immediately, send us the photos on WhatsApp, and we will arrange replacement or credit.
Can I mix different product categories in one order?
Absolutely. You can mix any products from any categories in a single order as long as the total order value meets our Rs.15,000 minimum. We will invoice them on a single bill.
